SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and usually take 7-10 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with USPS.

Canada: $15.00-$25.00

Everywhere Else: $25.00 flat rate

*Please note that certain countries do not allow alcohol products. If you live in such a country, please make sure to choose the “alcohol free” option in your order. 

RETURNS

Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, unless we have made a mistake with an order or a product arrives damaged or defective.  If you receive an order with broken or missing items, please  please email orders@alexissmart.com and include a photo of the broken items.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please allow 1-3 business days from time of your order for shipping notification. 

Once we ship, it usually take 1-7 business days to arrive.
