This is my traveling medicine chest. It’s taken years to whittle it down to these essentials. With these remedies, I have weathered some pretty serious illnesses while traveling and avoided a few trips to the E.R.. Having this kit gives me peace of mind, because I know I can get out of a bind quickly if I am in a remote area, or at least buy myself some time while I find medical professionals. Please remember, I am not a doctor and these remedies should in no way take the place of medical attention. These are just what I have found helpful in my travels.

Read MoreAfter four years of clinical trials and tinkering, I finally got the glowing feedback I was waiting for. I am so excited to introduce the third remedy in my Beauty Formulas collection. The philosophy behind the Beauty Line is quite revolutionary. It is based on the idea that everything we feel is reflected on our skin.
Read MoreLong before the trend of psilocybin microdosing started, this principle was born from the mind of Samuel Hahnemann, the visionary who invented homeopathy in the late 1700’s. He discovered that giving what he called “the infinitesimal dose” (a number close to zero) of a substance could stimulate a curative response in the body and create a whole change in consciousness and outlook.

I first met Dara through Lacy Phillips, who was raving about her astrogeography reading which confirmed that Scotland was a good place for her to be. I have never felt quite right in Los Angeles (where I grew up) and had attributed it to my English and Irish, rain-seeking DNA, but I was intrigued by the planetary concept and booked a session with Dara.

I met Lauren in New York a few years ago during a trade show. As soon as we met, I knew we spoke the same language: humour. We literally laughed our way through the West Village and by the time we got to our destination we had a fleshed-out idea for our own T.V. show.

Her deep respect for children as brings in their own right is so clear and was a big inspiration to me while I was creating my children’s formulas. I’ve recommended a few of my favorite Back to School remedies here.

Read MoreHaving now taken on my 4th client who has been badly damaged by the pharmaceutical drug most commonly known as “Cipro,” I feel it’s my responsibility to share this information. I posted about this on Instagram a few weeks ago and I was astonished to get over 100 comments from people who had either been damaged by this drug or knew someone who had.
Read MoreI knew this formula would have to have a Greek name because it was born on a tiny Greek island where I study homeopathy every summer. Páthos (pā′thôs) is a Greek word which means suffering. It’s the root of the words sympathy and empathy. In English, it means a quality that evokes sympathy in another. If you are an empath, this is a state you live in most of the time, being pulled by the feelings of others.
Read MoreFlower remedies are considered “vibrational medicine.” What does this mean? It may sound esoteric and mysterious and it's very different than the medicine that most of us grew up with. But energy and vibration are things we are all familiar with. Music is a good example of this.
Read MoreEvery formula I make has a story behind it. I have always loved The Making of documentaries, as I find stories of conception inspiring… everything in our world begins as a thought and to see the process shows me that we don’t have to start off with a fully formed idea. Things take their time and are being created behind the scenes, in our subconscious, even if we are not aware of it.
